"ASAHI", DECK SHOES - KHAKI. It is the authentic canvas deck shoes. The last (shoe tree) with a beautiful shape, which was made by ASAHI factory for Japanese in the 1970s based on the American canvas deck shoes that gained tremendous support at that time, is adopted for this shoes. The delicately processed rubber tape makes the best use of the last molding, and it is made with vulcanized process, which becomes the rare method in Japan nowadays. The outsole with wave-shaped cuts which is non-slip even on wet floors is unique to the deck shoes.
